1. Introduction
These Writer & Creator Terms ("Writer Terms") apply to you when you use Be Morpheus to create, organize, and publish your work. They supplement our Terms of Service and are incorporated into them by reference.
2. You Own Your Work
You retain full ownership of the original work you create on Be Morpheus. Nothing in these Writer Terms transfers ownership of your work to Be Morpheus.
You grant Be Morpheus a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your published work solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. Publishing Your Work
You control when and how your work is published. You may keep your work as a draft, share it as a preview, or publish it to the community.
When you publish a story, you confirm that you have the right to publish the content and that it complies with our Community Guidelines and Content & Copyright Policy.
You are responsible for accurately rating your content using the available content ratings (General, Teen, or Mature) so readers can make informed choices.
4. Removing or Unpublishing Your Work
You may unpublish or remove your work from the Service at any time. Unpublishing makes your work private or removes it from public view, as applicable.
We may remove or restrict access to your work if it violates these Writer Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
5. Exporting Your Work
Be Morpheus provides tools to export your manuscript in common formats, including Markdown, plain text, and other formats. You may use these tools to keep copies of your work outside the Service.
6. AI-Assisted Writing
Be Morpheus offers AI-assisted writing features. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated output before publishing it. See our AI Policy for details.
7. Monetization
If and when Be Morpheus offers monetization or paid subscription features for writers, the terms governing those features will be set out in a separate agreement or addendum.
8. Changes to These Writer Terms
We may update these Writer Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and provide notice where required. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Writer Terms.
