1. Introduction

These Subscription & Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") will govern any paid subscription plans offered by Be Morpheus, including the Premium plan.

NoteAs of the date of these Payment Terms, no payment processing, checkout, or billing flow is implemented in the Service. These terms are a forward-looking draft and must be reviewed by legal counsel before any paid plan is offered. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

2. Plans

Be Morpheus may offer a free plan and one or more paid plans. Paid plans may unlock additional features, such as the screenplay editor. The features included in each plan will be described on the Service at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for paid plans will be displayed at the time of purchase. Payment will be processed by a third-party payment processor.

4. Billing and Renewal

Subscription plans will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund policies will be set out at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable law.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase, unless we are required to collect them.

7. Changes to These Payment Terms

We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and provide notice where required.
