1. Content Ownership

Writers own the original work they create on Be Morpheus. Posting your work on the platform does not transfer ownership to Be Morpheus. You retain all rights in your original stories, chapters, scripts, and other creative content, subject to the limited license described in our Terms of Service.

Be Morpheus does not claim ownership of your original work. We only use your content to operate and provide the Service.

2. What You Can Post

  • Original work you have created.
  • Work you are authorized to post by the rights holder.
  • Public-domain works and works you have licensed appropriately.
  • Fan works, where posting them does not infringe the rights of the underlying rights holder and is permitted in your jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, in appropriate circumstances.

5. Reporting Other Concerns

To report content that violates our Community Guidelines (rather than copyright), please use the reporting tools available on the Service. Reports are reviewed and acted upon in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
